As some background, I was laid off back in March and have been home with my babies for 6 months. They are 2.5 and 11 months. I'm a software engineer, and I've been working remotely for my entire career. I love the flexibility and autonomy that remote work gives me, but there have definitely been times when it's been hard to feel like I'm on an even playing field with my colleagues in the office.

Is there a risk of accepting a role with Upstart currently? I seen a 7% layoff recently for hourly employees but I would be salaried. I am well aware it’s a risk in tech overall right now but curious on thoughts thanks!

My cousin has moved to another company from DXC technologies.
In DXC, PF amount is not credited in to EPFO directly.
We have UAN and it looks like not activated.
How can we transfer PF amount from DXC to EPFO portal?
There is no relevant response from DXC till date.
