I loved the people I have met at BCG and my impression of the culture, whilst those I happen to already know at McK are people who I viewed as particularly competitive / ego-driven in the university context.

Would I be shooting myself in the foot by going with BCG>McK?

And another offer from PwC India for senior analyst tech consulting 16.7 L fixed + 167k variable + 1 L joining bonus : 19.37 LPA +including joining bonus). Which one should I go for considering Work quality, WLB and annual appraisals ?

Seems like Fishbowl is losing its charm. People ask for 11 likes to DM and they get more than 20 likes (even when he/she asked for 11 likes). I regularly comment in posts and advise/suggest any questions which I come across and in return people do not even "Like" it. Let us be courteous enough to "Like" the comment if you found the response helpful.

P.S.: I really think we should stop giving 11 "Like" to the users who just want to activate their DMs without contributing to bowls.
