Hi there! currently working as a senior account manager for a little over 3 years but looking to transition to APM or PM roles since I learned all I can here and further internal promotions aren't happening. Since I work on the frontlines serving existing accounts, while self learning PM foundations, would this be enough to transition directly to APM or are there any in-between positions to build skills before getting into APM? I got an offer from chubb Business Services with 10.5 LPA. My exp is 1.6 yrs and my current package is around 7 LPA at Infosys. Should I take this up ? How is it working for chubb ?
