What can one expect to make in a promotion at a tech company? In consulting, seems like average would be 8-10% a year. In industry I hear it’s 2-3% but maybe huge jumps if given promotions?

FYI, H&R Block state files work with software purchased elsewhere. I bought on Amazon for less than PwC price and was able to install free state files just fine. Same way it worked with TurboTax.

If you want to transfer but having little luck bc where you want to transfer usually needs experience... Would you talk to your PML before looking at other companies? I feel my PML wouldn't help
