Forcing me to use my standing desk

Favorite office chair?
The new company I’m at now sent me an email from an email address that was HR@companyName.careers saying I was accepted for the position. They gave me paperwork to fill out and sign to accept the position
I fill out the paperwork and send it back to them and it goes through… then a few days later I go back to the email to say something else and I get this…?
Then today I got a check from the company In the mail to setup my home office, and it’s signed by someone I’ve never met before or heard of…?

Spend the money on uplift if you plan to use it for a long time. 15 year warranty. I had a Vivo and an IKEA and this uplift is amazing. Went with an 80x30 desktop and loving having the space
Lots of good options. Get a good motorized one so you actually use it. I have an uplift and love it. If you want to save money you can try to source a decent tabletop from somewhere and then attach to a motor from somewhere else
Uplift is definitely worth it. FWIW, I'm really glad I got the bamboo cutout version but wish I would've gotten a wider size overall. (I got the 60" x 30", would spring for at least 72" if not 80" if you have the space.)
Other tips: skip the drawer, it sucks. And get the free rocker board — didn't think I'd like it but use it every day.
I really like the ash gray laminate but sometimes wish I had sprung for the black bamboo. I did go 80x30 at least
progressive desk - always go dual motors
I bought a Vari desk bc it’s the standard in a lot of commercial offices - I really like it, and my SO liked it so much she got one too
I have a Jarvis i got prepandemic that I really like
Jarvis is a fancy brand
The Rudolf standing desk from IKEA is pretty great. Very affordable and durable. Had it for over 6 months and no issues whatsoever.
Costco has a great standing desk!
I got a flexispot desk off amazon a year ago and have been really happy with it so far
Thanks y’all! I’m really liking the look of this uplift desk. Definitely a pretty penny but the 15 year warranty seems pretty worth it

I got a really nice one off wayfair, but I’ve heard this can be hit or miss
Believe Fezibo’s are available on Amazon now too. I looked at their corner desks before I went uplift. They had good reviews
