Am I the only one who is happy I got into IT?
Is Nagarro good to join? I have a fully remote opportunity which I'm pretty sure I can crack. Is the pay and benefits good at Nagarro? Do they provide laptop and test devices or will I have to work on my laptop? Do they give medical insurance etc? What if the project gets over. Do they have enough projects or will I be asked to move to a different technology? Will I be fired if on bench? Nagarro

If a doctor can’t be bothered to learn the tech's name, they’re usually the same one who ignores the nurses' concerns until the patient crashes. Arrogance is a clinical liability, period.
It’s insane to me, just being nice is hard to come by. I’ve definitely run into people where everyone else is below them. A lot of people have put in a ton of work to get where they are, and I hope they are proud of it. Just doesn’t have to be at the cost of everyone else.

I totally agree with you. And I make it a point to try to learn everyone's name. In fact, I work in a bigger building, and one of my best friends is the maintenance and security guy.
Lol as a patient we see it. We seeeee the tension. And it affects our care bevause the ego game uses us as pawns. :/

I agree with this. I believe how you treat people says everything about you as a clinician. Respect for every role should be the baseline.

I completely agree. I judge a clinician by how they treat everyone, not just patients. I do think that culture is slowly being challenged now.
