I’m not sure how this will impact this bowl, but it is worth pointing out the need to assess whether there should be concern for those in this bowl. While we all understand ADHD is something attorneys are completely capable of managing with legal positions, not everyone in the field agrees with that. https://joinfishbowl.com/post_va66ztgmkw

I stayed on them and all three kiddos are fine
💕 Thank you so much for sharing. I was hoping to hear this. 🙂
F because I have been wondering this for so long lol
I went off meds and I asked for a lighter case load. I don’t recall messing anything up but everything just took longer
I also sipped maximum of half of cup of coffee during the day. And only sipped when I needed a boost.
If I'm ever pregnant again, I'm shopping around until I find a doctor who can help me stay on my meds.
I was unmedicated during my first pregnancy and it was hell. I then met my son's pediatrician who believes that the unmedicated parent poses a greater risk to the child compared to risk created by med exposure in utero and through breastmilk. My gut tells me this is absolutely true. Without my meds, I struggled to drive safely, for example. With my toddler in the car, no way I'm risking that.
I hope you can find a solution that works for you. Keep us posted?
My doctor said she has helped many women manage their meds through pregnancy. She said it’s actually more healthy because you make better decisions. Also following because I would love to hear more. ☺️
For some context, I have an almost 2 year old. I went off my meds for the entire pregnancy and never thought twice about taking it. I struggled but I was only at the firm for 3 months when I got pregnant. My work load was light. I had a recent miscarriage at 8 weeks. I was off my meds since I tested positive (so about 5 weeks). It was absolute misery. This time around my workload is extremely heavy. I have no clue how I’m going to survive without committing malpractice.
Literally me last year. I went off my meds, and it was miserable. Stay on a low dose and find and OBGYN that works well with you and your psychiatrist to manage your care.

I went off my meds when pregnant. I worked with a therapist doing some cognitive behavioral therapy and used a huge white board (in my living room, during COVID) to write down everything I had to keep track of. I also told the key members of my team very early because I knew I would need their support.
