Bain & Company Bain & Company Do you have any insights into what they are expecting in the second (last) round? I saw that there are two cases and a presentation. Are they more interested in professionalism than the "analytical" skills assessed in the first round? Do you have any more insights into the presentation?
Many thanks in advance

However , it's been a 10 days after docs submission but haven't received any call from HR for salary negotiation. On email follow up with HR, he said he is on it and will come back to me soon for further process. Any views.NTT DATA

Networking. Have you tried to network with the hiring manager or anyone else within the company in the department that you are trying to get into?
In addition, the networking element is really helpful in getting past the ATS. If you have networked and have had conversations with a hiring manager or gotten an introduction through someone in that department, they will usually ask HR to send them your resume.
A good back to basics exercise is make sure your resume is compatible with the applicant tracking system (ATS) companies use. It's kind of ridiculous that you have to rig your resume to slip past robots, but such is modern life. It's also good to put some thought into cover letters, try to customize them as much as makes sense. And use the opportunity of writing a cover letter to showcase what might not fit into your resume, and, ideally, inject some personality and intelligence.
Seems like getting past ATS is rather difficult...
If you applied on LinkedIn, there is a button that asks “Did you apply?” . You have to scroll up to find it. Click “Yes” and it will keep you informed about the status of the role.
