How do you break it to a client that their "business lunch" at Disney World is definitely not a tax deduction? I want to be direct, but this client is really difficult and always wants things to work out in her favor. Any tips you've picked up along the way for tricky clients?

You say “your lunch at Disney World is not deductible for tax”.

This is it

Say that making this claim could trigger a much larger issue and that it’s not worth getting it to risk a full blown audit.

This is just pathetic from organization. They are just firing people owing to failing a test of certification, for which other company gives 3 trials but they are giving only one try with negative markings

Do vendors provide the agency with a pre-pro book prior to the shoot if it’s a simple drop kit, taking head?

Not sure if there’s a need for it since it’s not a complicated shoot (single cam, direct shot to talent answering questions) but wanted to get a sense. Client wants a meeting the day before the shoot to talk about the production (which we have done a few times already), so not sure if it makes sense to have a formal PPB for this meeting. Thoughts?

I ask because, as noted in the previous thread re: Chanel’s price increases, the quality of authentic luxury bags is going way down while the price increases consistently. Specifically Chanel and LV.
