Thoughts on buying Planet Fitness stock?
I’m not sure how this will impact this bowl, but it is worth pointing out the need to assess whether there should be concern for those in this bowl. While we all understand ADHD is something attorneys are completely capable of managing with legal positions, not everyone in the field agrees with that. https://joinfishbowl.com/post_va66ztgmkw

You can’t, unless you’re talking about PTO or something similar to be grandfathered in for you.
Figure out what you can negotiate for, and then make the case for that. It’s been my experience there may be a few things, but usually not everything is up for negotiation.
It's kind of hard but you have to make a case for retention OR making it easier to recruit...otherwise it's hard to get people to care unfortuantely since it is more expensive

Rarely can you secure better Group Plan Benefits. The whole point of benefits through your employer is everyone has the same options. In fact, giving special benefits to select people and not everyone is a good way for the employer to lose its tax exemption status. Basically…that would make employees pay for benefits with post-tax money only. That can be pretty unpleasant depending on their coverage needs.
What you can try to negotiate is additional pay to offset the cost of coverage.
What are you advocating for? That matters. I would say that it always helps to have the support of other employees. If all of you advocate for the same benefits and make it known that it is important to you, the employer will give in at some point.
