How do you or would you put second remote job on resume? (Working two remote)

Looking for a fully remote job! I previously worked as a Care Coordinator with a hybrid schedule but that started becoming more demanding on f2f with clientele. I’d like something different than care coordination but still stay within the field. BA in psychology with 10 years experience working with Developmental and behavioral health. HR opinion: Do I have any leverage as a hospital nurse case manager in negotiating earned time? I have 15 years within the organization, left for 10 months to be remote during the pandemic while sorting out childcare as immunocompromised family helped. I have an offer to start at a new firm 3rd week of January and am trying to figure out timing on when to give a two week notice. For context I’m in consulting and our current projects are wrapping up by year end/we don’t get a busy season surge. I have two weeks of PTO to end the calendar year scheduled, and am afraid if I say anything before the break they’ll cut me off before my time off. Is giving notice first thing next year the best idea given my constraints?

I’m having a really hard time with my changing body. 13 weeks, I don’t have too many bad side effects of pregnancy or anything so I consider myself lucky (no nausea ever etc) but I’m depressed at work, my skin is completely broken out and showing new broken face capillaries, and I’m not showing a bump yet so I just feel fat and big. I don’t know where this “glow” is but I look in the mirror and literally am grappling with not recognizing myself :( it’s been impossible to find any clothes too.
