How does Accenture determine the comp for a promotion? Is it a percentage increase or does the next level all come in at the same rate? Accenture

It’s mostly all to standardized levels. There’s a few people i can think of who are probably unique enough to get custom raises but even then it’s probably just to another standardized level.

Decided by the people lead based on performance. Usually promotes will get a set % and the remaining allocation from the pool then gets spread to bring people to the bottom of Zone 1 if they are below. Then if anything is left (rare) the rest will get their 1-3% increase

Well this explains why twice I’ve gotten zero raise 😡 i do find after a year of zero raise that usually the next year is pretty good if not a promotion

Curious what others think about this: a friend of mine has a couple of months of leave this fall to study for the CPA exam (they’ll be paid a reduced salary during their leave), but they mentioned they have no intention of studying for the exam, and instead plan to use that time to look for another job. This rubs me the wrong way, but wanted to hear what others think…
