That’s 100% not happening at a Big 4
I think you already got a good deal at SC with 4 YOE. Big 4 (or at least D) is notorious for de-leveling people on offers
D1 - nail on the head.
Talk to Deloitte and they will convince you to join as Staff and tell u about a clear and fast path to become a partner soon
This is the hardest move in B4. SC to M is the move that brings the biggest change in exits.
You will 99.9% not get it. If this was C to SC, firms could relent.
Tbh, at 4yoe you are barely SA/SC level at best, I know people get brought in at consultant level for it.
Can be possible, but might be difficult due to your level of experience.
Typically, your level goes down when you move
For EY, I feel like you could have a shot because of your certs (cism and cissp). It may be even possible if you have an mba from a top 10 school and also if you’re already coming from another B4. If you meet the other things I listed, you may have a good shot even though it won’t be easy but it’s possible!
No, I had CISSP and 10+ yoe in industry and was hired as S3

Not happening at Deloitte
0% at Deloitte and likely the other B4 that go M>SM/D>PPMD. Possible at whichever one has both SM and D levels.
Not at Deloitte
Are those 4 YOE in consulting? What’s the TC they’re offering if you don’t mind me asking?
thanks for the clarification. Would've been nice
