What is the culture like, type of work and reputation of Capco in the Data & Analytics space?
I have some good ex colleagues who moved over there and also looked up on LinkedIn and see lots of seemingly smart and accomplished people in their D&A team in the UK.
I'll ask my ex colleagues too, but wanted to see if people here have any opinion or information on this too.
TIA
May I know what is the notice period if one resigns in infy during the first 6 months of joining? I am a lateral resource and they hired me in June, but they have no projects related to my tech and want me to take weird roles.. seems they are hiring to increase employee count and cross training most. just looking for options..

Hello Fishes 🐟🎏
I am rigorously looking for a job from past few months and tried applying many opportunities i came across, but everywhere I receive is Rejection or No response at all. I am not sure what needs to be added to my profile to get more attention or is it really something because of my Notice period which is 90 days at HCL.

2 weeks for me, from first interview to offer
Same for me last year
This may be a very cliche answer, but it depends on the group and team you are applying for. In my experience, both applying for a position there, and then interviewing and hiring for my team, the delay is from the team making a decision, not really HR.
My brother works there and the recruiter and interviewers were responsive, but he’s also a campus hire so could be different
Yes, some employees are restricted from sending emails outside of the company, but they can receive emails. Just to add, there may be delays in the process due to the long weekend. Lot of people may be OOO.
Took a month for me, from interviews to offer (had to wait a week and a half to hear back on decision because of a re-org). Really happy with the process, considering I missed an interview and got it rescheduled with no problem.
Was this a final round/waiting for offer stage? If you reached out to the recruiter with no response, it’s most likely a rejection.
It took about a week for me to get feedback, but I never proactively reached out.
They ghosted me after a 3rd interview.
