Work life balance there is a myth for sales/agency reps. But on the tech side or creative shop, oh absolutely.
One of my college friends has been working there for years now. Was at John Hopkins before that. Has a PhD in AI from Cornell. Just saying, for benchmark purposes.
Just remember that you're not an engineer and you didn't go to Stanford.

@Director 1 true. But tech roles are the prevailing culture. Creative/design/marketing are "support" at best. At worst, they're window dressing to appeal to budget-minding agencies and old-school marketers. Once the nerds figure out how to automate or offshore you, they won't hesitate to cut you loose.
