I don't think there is a set number required it's just how you leverage your audit experience and network.
With that said, staying until you make at least senior is a common recommendation as it shows future employers you can progress in your current role and you get time to develop both some technical and transferable skills.
None.
No at number just need to continue to apply. Also many of the fortune 100 are really regimented and old school companies to work for. Medium sized companies imo are more interesting as they are growing usually more quickly and trying to build and refine processes that you get to be apart of.

It all depends on what position you want to jump to. If you want to go and get it started from the go as an associate you don’t really need big 4 experience. However, it helps to get exposure to financials at a big 4.
I’d say 3-4 years and you can jump to a senior associate and 5-6 if you want to do manager. These numbers only based on the fact that it’s fortune 100. You can get away with less years at smaller companies.

Big4 is a waste of time and your youth. Get into industry right out of college. Plenty of intro roles
