Large scale, I wouldn’t say very much. I’m sure there’s a lot of ripple effects from a bunch of covid funding fraud out there, but certainly in a shaky economy there’s plenty of smaller scale fraud going on

helpful

Agreed on your last point. A lot more accounting irregularities.

Disclosure issues for sure. No shortage of work to be had.

With challenging economic climate, Tax fraud is becoming predominant. With stringent scrutiny from Banks, fintech and mobile finance is becoming highly targeted.

My hope is to buy and rent out a apartment while also owning a house and house hacking that by renting part of it out. Trying to understand all the steps, traps, and how to find if it’s a good investment.

Do you pay your credit cards in full every month?

I ask because I’ve let my credit spending get a bit lax since moving and adopting a puppy recently, so I haven’t been paying them off in full every month like I used to (though still well above the minimum payment, and keeping utilization at 30% or under). It got me thinking about how many people adhere to this advice.
