How much growth YoY should I be looking at when searching for my next company?

need some guidance on a few things…I’m currently a project coordinator in the software industry. I’m wanting to break out into a technical role. Does anyone have have experience with boot camps? Also, I’m looking at data science, any advice?

I'm being asked to be involved in product pricing for the first time, and lack any knowledge or experience in that area. Any suggestions on courses or books or websites? I'm considering the Pragmatic Marketing pricing course, so would be interested to hear from anyone who has taken it.

I have 8+ years of experience and UKG has offered me 18 LPA fixed plus 10% variable. Is this fine for 8+ yoe ?
