Hi fishes. I am having 4 years of experience in Rpa UiPath. Coforge is paying me 21 lpa and 1.05 lpa variable and Ey GDS is paying 17 lpa fixed. Which one is better?

After clearing both of the technical rounds HR contacted over mail for expected ctc and other things.Can anyone tell if my expected ctc is higher then is there any chance they will not reply or delay the discussion or they will straight away deny?? I am waiting for the response from hr from past 7 days.

I have been selected into ZS for the BTAC role under CCM(Customer-Centric Marketing). My YOE is 3.8 in Cognizant, and the domain is ETL, DW, cloud(AWS).

My question is, ZS is giving a great package compared to what I have in Cognizant (Above 100% hike), and Cognizant is ready to retain me by giving somewhere 50%-60% hike. Will ZS be a good choice for me to switch? In terms of growth, technologies, work, pay. Or should I accept what cognizant is giving and get retained?

Has market correction happened for L7s? What is the avg fixed component for L7 and L8 after market correction.

Where do you go after B4 audit if you don’t want to go to industry that has true work life balance? I’ve been busy since September straight... this won’t end for a while. I see a lot of folks on here on Adderal, Vyvanse, etc. My daughter (14) has severe ADHD and anxiety and her psychiatrist won’t prescribe stimulants, so she’s on Strattera but it’s not making much if any dent in her ADHD symptoms. Anyone have any success with Strattera? Looking for some hope or advice.
