How much time would you actually spend preparing for an interview?

Does anyone know how long it takes to hear after interview (entry level TDP) from Accenture Ottawa.
I gave my interview on Friday and its Tuesday now and I haven’t heard anything from the recruiter.

How high does L6 range typically go for Sr Program Manager roles? I am currently at ~250k TC and the position they were interviewing me for hand a max range of 200k TC. Is >300k TC possible?

I had a final interview this week (6+ rounds/2+ month process). When do you expect a hiring decision?

I just started with a company as an HR Generalist. Within the 3 weeks of being there, my boss’s boss left, and today I found out my boss gave notice. HR is not valued at the company and it’s disheartening to know I was hired into a mess. I have a question. I am a GDS employee wishing to relocate to another country as EY country “x” employee. The plan to relocate to country x was already in motion, if not EY then another org. The EY partner from country x is very interested in having me join their team but not sure about my GDS partner because they will be losing billing and may not like it. Is there a way I can approach this with my leaders? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

I really want some clear cut long term career goals and ambitions. But working in risk and reg I haven’t found anything yet that really grasps my desire. But my seniors keep asking me where I want to go but in all honesty I just keep bouncing from one project to another trying to do a good job. What I’d be interested in hearing about are the stories of how people have overcome the challenges. How did you sell that big idea? How did you fix a relationship? The world is not going to get easier. So maybe we can help each other get better at dealing with it. Who had a win recently? How did you do it?

Look for cultural moments that you can adapt? Look through award show books? Scroll YouTube videos until 3am?
