42 M I'm at about 3-4 beers a day (don't start till dinner). I know it's a lot -- goal for this year is to cut out drinking during the week.
42 and a bottle a month if that. And I used to be half a bottle a night in my 30’s. But after a prolonged period of time of not drinking, and then suddenly drinking for zoom happy hours, I realized how crappy I felt after drinking and that was enough motivation to cut back
60. Glass a wine with dinner most nights.
40/F and was drinking 1-2 glasses of wine a night, 5x per week over the holiday season. New goal is only to drink on the weekends

It’s been heavier due to the lockdown and work-from-home/family stress in the last year. 44, male, about a bottle of vodka/week but cutting back significantly after some arm twisting from my doctor.
