When people try to defend themselves she keeps going with her criticisms. It’s always her way, or it’s the wrong way. I’m sick of her behaviour and with burnout, I just can’t be bothered to rationalise with her … but at the same time I don’t want her or other people to think I did something wrong . What should I do?

So my VP at my previous company felt bad and refused to speak to me or attend my farewell after my resignation.
