I am a registered sales assistant which means I have my series 7. I also have the 63 and my Life & Health license. In addition, my director said I will be receiving 'deep delegation' from them. I don't mind more work, but deep delegation is a new term I've never heard. What does that mean lol?

1. I was on bench in my company since April 2022, So since may I was started looking for the opportunities for better pay but didn't got any offer still attending interviews.
2. In June 2022 i got know that I will have to work on 2 client's project which will be 50% 50% allocation on both sides.
3. I will be getting offer soon from one of the MNC, In that case what should I do?? Should I resign or go ahead with 2 client's project in my organization??

I need to know the notice period.
I am currently in probation period and there is still 1 month left for my probation to end.
In my offer letter it is mentioned that any probationary employee should give 1 month written notice before leaving. So I am confused if it is 90 days or 1 month.

Can anyone tell me what will be the probation period?
