Hi everyone! Does anyone in here work for Omada Health ? I have an interview next Wednesday for a PT Member Support Agent role and am unclear on what the pay could be. Glassdoor has the pay estimate at 42k-48k, but I found a comment where someone in the same role mentioned only getting paid $12/hr. I have 8 years of experience as a CSR but I’ve had a couple year gap in between now and my last job. TIA Any advice helps .

Send that thank you letter a day later to remind them you love them.
Did they give you an idea of when you should expect to hear from them? I always ask for one, if they don't volunteer one... Otherwise, I tend to force myself to wait a minimum of two weeks before reaching out.
How long has it been since the interview, and did you send them a thank you note/email thereafter? The "thank you for your time" follow up is usually a good time to ask about time frame/next steps, if you forgot to do so at the interview.
☝🏼this.. It shows interest. Waiting 2 weeks seems excessive. I've come back for second interviews within a week. Typically with people higher up the food chain. I've also never not been offered the job when I've made it to 1st stage in-person interviews.
I follow up exactly one week after sending the thank you note that evening.
Sorry- I def could have been more clear. 100%, send the thank you immediately after/the next day. If they said they'll reach out to you and you haven't heard back, I've found the two week mark to be the point where I don't feel I am being pushy. But it also depends on if they're filling an immediate need or they're looking for someone to fill an upcoming role.
Thanks for the responses all! I spoke to HR immediately after and she said she'd get back to me on feedback shortly. It's been about 2 days and I mostly want to know if I should prep now for the next step (making and pitching a presentation) or if it's a no go.
