Do I send a Thank You email to the recruiter?
Hey everyone, I got a call from Deloitte recruiting on Wednesday of last week discussing salary requirements and location. They told me that the team really liked me and that they were going to work on an offer. I got a call on Friday saying one group has approved the offer but they are waiting on others. I haven’t heard much since then. Should I be worried? How much longer will I have to wait?

Every job has a follow-up question that can leave a good impression on the interviewer's mind. As a general question, you can ask about opportunities for growth, the expected workload, and what people didn't like about the role in the past.
My go-to is “what does success look like in your eyes as a manager and to the organization as a whole?”. Lets them know that you want to succeed in that role, but that you also want to be clear on what their expectations are so that you can do so. Have always had a positive reaction to this question. Another one I ask if the vibes are good is “how do you respond to roadblocks or challenges along your team?” or “how do you respond to someone on your team making a mistake”. Whether unspoken or explicitly said, you can get a read on how the interviewer might be as a manager with this one.
Respond with questions
Ask at least one. I always ask where the manager sees the company or division going in the future/growth (unless of course they have already covered this.)
Ask what role you might play in the future.
Ask when they feel they will make the decision to fill the position?
