Hi there, I’ve been told that Deloitte (London, UK) is going to make me an offer but haven’t heard back and it’s been over two weeks. The recruiter mentioned it would be around the “m2 grade”. Any idea what this pay range is? … I have 3 YOE working in NHS finance and have applied for a position in Risk Advisory, public sector. Curious what life at Deloitte is like? Does a work life balance exist?
Hello! I recently applied for a Travel Procurement Senior Manager role at PwC (role is in NYC and I’m not NYC-based but I believe certain roles can be primarily remote). I have 5+ years of experience in this field and the description/company culture seem like a perfect match to what I’m looking for. Are there any fish from PwC and/or their talent acquisition team that can provide a reference post-submission and insight on the hiring process? Thanks!!
What is the hiring process of persistent systems? I am done with one technical round and got an email with subject line as 'feedback' but in mail it is written that they will get in touch with me. What does that mean? Will there be more technical round or managerial round?

Any unlimited PTO is scam😀
I take anywhere from 5-7 weeks off a year.
Salesforce has unlimited PTO?

Above a certain grade, in the US (maybe elsewhere?) yes. But not everyone.
Culture is very important for unlimited PTO. I can tell you it would be disaster in Deloitte culture, but with Salesforce culture it works well. You can’t very long breaks. But pretty frequent 5 day breaks
I agree with SF2. I just joined SF from D and huge cultural differences between the 2 firms. We also have wellness days and VTO (volunteer).
SF is a really good company from wlb stand point.
Bonuses in CSG are based on utilization and PTO/holidays count against it, so there is a “cap” on PTO if you want to maximize your bonus. If your max bonus is at 83% (OTE at 73%) bonus you can take 2 weeks worth of holidays, 2 weeks worth of bench, and 4 weeks of PTO and still hit full bonus.
I am still fairly new and still learning about this. I thought the utilization is based group utilization (and not individual utilization). Is this true?
Having said that I also agree with Accenture 1 😀
The unlimited PTO seems to be working for people I work with... I am in Canada so I don't get unlimited and would love to. I have seen people take 3, 4, 5 week holidays. There are people who take a week or two off every quarter. So it works at Salesforce and haven't had anyone complain about it.
I’m taking 50 days off this year and no issues
