In your scopes, write in language around how many rounds of revisions are included for each deliverable. When you’re executing those deliverables and sending over materials to clients for review, clearly state which round of revisions they are on.
Have a conversation with them about requiring a change order when you exceed XX round of revisions.
At this point, build it into next years scope and clearly outline review amounts. Have a 2025 learnings and 2026 best practices meeting in January, outline a broad spectrum of things you can do better as a team. Put some stuff in there that you can do better so it feels like a group effort, and then put that conversation in the mix. Explain to them how the scope is based on hours and rates (assuming so), but even small tweaks could mean 4 people touching it, and each billing an hour at $100-200 per hour each. Explain how best practice to consolidate feedback into preset reviews to save money/time and get the most out of their scope
