Hi Fishes
I would like to know about the client interviews (especially in data science or machine learning roles).
Are these interviews tough?
Are these interviews meant to assess technical knowledge? For example, what is binomial distribution, what are different data structures in python, ml algorithms etc.
I would request each of the nagarrians to share their thoughts irrespective of the technologies you are working.
I am thankful to you for taking time and helping me out.

If you’re not getting enough work - the problem is either that your skill set is not strong enough or your practice is not doing a good job in balancing out the workload. If it is the latter jump out now - Salesforce skills are in demand and there is a severe shortage compounded by the resistance to H1B workers.
Switch firms. My firm has no shortage of work for salesforce skilled consultants.

How can your utilization (if you’re not meeting them) + admin tasks = not being able to take vacation. That doesn’t make sense to me. Now if you’re hitting your utilization targets and tasked with admin stuff that makes more sense.
My advice would be to figure out why you’re utilization is low. Is it personal performance or team performance (i.e., Sales)? If it’s personal performance you need to make time to figure out what’s wrong. Otherwise people won’t want to staff you. If it’s sales, and you’re not in a sales role you can’t do anything about that.
In any event, i recommend you control what you can which is your skill set and make sure you’re marketable. If you have to leave, you can get a job easier. If you stay, your performance should improve.
