I am A2 or A3 at BDO. Have cpa. Have two more years experience at the service line in general. But less than 1 year with BDO. One big 4 offered me senior position and 30% raise. I am high performer at my team, they told me they would consider my mid year position. Should I negotiate counter offer with BDO? Or just leave?
