I am an ex EY employee and would like to withdraw my pension plan funds since now I have moved to another country. Who is the benefit provider for their pension plans? When I call Alight/BetterYou, and select pension, they route me to Fidelity and Fidelity says they don’t manage EY pension plans. Any idea how I can get through to the actual provider who manages the EY pension plan? Thanks!!

I recently accepted a position with a new org. One of the benefits I asked about with offer was the parental leave policy and was told (in writing by HR) 16 weeks paid after 1 year, which is as good as you can hope for in US. Now I’ve been sent the employee handbook to review/sign and it says only 12 weeks, which is less than the org I’m leaving. What might my recourses be to negotiate 16 weeks when the time comes? Also, should I be viewing this is a red flag?

I’m getting pushback on boundaries I’m setting about additional matters and marketing work from my firm when I’ve been billing 60-75 hours per week for the last 6 weeks, and I’m still behind on my work. I feel like it’s reasonable to not kill myself further to fit in more/turn things around faster at this point, but am I being unreasonable?
