I am being heavily recruited to work for a BPO as a VP for their global consulting practice. This opp sounds to good to be true. She literally wrote the role just for me based off of my resume.

Am I missing something?

Better pay, great mgmt. global presence. Is it considered going into industry? Would it be a step back career wise (company reputation) I guess I’m waiting for the shoe to drop.
