I tried switching from consulting to product role. I have applied to multiple opportunities in naukri and on LinkedIn. But I have not been able to crack any role.

I am looking for a mentor to guide me in this transition so that I can land a product management role.

Just curious to how my firms (wealth management/bank/trust) comp compares with others out there. I received a promotion earlier this year from an Investment Advisor, AVP to Senior Investment Advisor, VP and moved from $110K to $140K ($130 salary + $10K discretionary bonus) all in. By meeting expectations in 2 pay cycles, the base bumps up to $175K + bonus. Grown in this role over about 10 years with the same firm, MBA + CFA; top 10 city and living comfortably as dual income household.
