I am interviewing for a Senior Principal consulting role at SLALOM in the UK. This is within data and analytics.

I cannot seem to find any salary range expectations for the UK. Everything out there is for the USA market and I cannot go with USA salary compensation range as it is total different from the UK Market.

Can someone who is in the UK or knows people in the UK within the same position give me an idea please? I do not want to be lowballed or negotiate myself poorly as salary range alot.

I am a registered sales assistant which means I have my series 7. I also have the 63 and my Life & Health license. I was a financial advisor but the role is commission only so I decided to take a role as an assistant for some time to learn etc. I really like my role, but I only make 32k a year and after taxes I only take home about 25k. Currently, in accenture. I have had very bad billable hours and not much achievement this fiscal year. I am worried of getting fired, so i applied for another job. Got offered may be 5% above my current pay with 5k bonus, but in lower level at Deloitte. I think working lower level will give me more opportunities to learn as i think i have lot to learn. I made decision based on my gut and accepted the offer. I have not talked to anyone on accenture side yet. What you think?
