I am looking to take the 2022 shrm-cp and have the 2021 shrm learning system. Does one year matter for studying? Any experience using old material and passing/failing?

Whats everyones opinion on UCLA-NUS EMBA, especially if you want to work in Singapore or California in Tech?

I recently got SHRM Certified Professional certificate and am doing contracting for Whole Foods remotely in an HR/Unemployment role. But, I really need something that pays better than $27.50 an hour and no benefits. The thing is...I think I don't believe in myself enough because I grew up poor and have struggled to even get this far. Startinf to plan for MBA but have 0 idea how to start planning for GMAT. When should i aim to take the test, taking application deadlines into consideration? What do admissions think about GMAT scores that are 2 years old? I understand we are able to select which schools we send our scores to during testing day, how do you go about figuring what your target schools are? I have 8 years of HR experience, no college degree, and no HR certification. Titles held have been HR Specialist, HR Administrator, HR Generalist, Associate HR Manager, and most recently, HR Director for only four months (toxic). Geographically speaking, salaries are not very high. I was offered $45k in an hourly role as a site HR rep for a hotel with about 50 employees in a bustling college town. Should I try to negotiate more pay? Any input is appreciated.

Question on vaccination requirements. Does anyone require the booster to be considered “fully vaccinated?” We are requiring employees to be boosted to come into office and I’m not sure if that’s legal.

I'm looking for ideas on how to better the new hire's onboarding experience on the 1st and 2nd day. For eg: walk them through company mission statements, etc. Also What forms of communication do you use if you do have the orientation? Do you create PowerPoint presentations? Looking for ideas. What do you think is a realistic salary for a HR Manager with 12 years experience in small companies (80-200 employees), MBA, SHRM-SCP in Hampton Roads VA area?
