I am on bench in IBM since last 2 months and worried about to what extent this bench period will increase. There seems to be a delay in the data science projects.
Do I have to worry about it ?

I am a ReactJS developer (frontend) with 3.8 years of experience. I currently switched my company but they don't have an opening for ReactJS and kept me on a bench for 3 months and they are telling me now to learn AEM technology and work on the AEM project for now.
