I’m have a new theory about why juniors always feel like idiots and wanted to see if anyone else thinks this makes sense. Networking question here. A retired partner at the firm I used to work out reached out to me recently about attending an afternoon during the week (b4 4/30) with one of his long time clients. How do you deal with Impostor’s Syndrome and insecurity? I recently joined an agency as ACD, and sometimes I feel like I am not as good as my team… My teammates are so intelligent and quick. I am only 4 months into being a surgical coordinator. I love the position itself however I am struggling to adapt into my new work environment. Anyone deal with this before: I inherited a severely under developed team including a sr analyst who clearly was doing the bare minimum, if that. Over the last 6 months I have had to coach him and correct simple mistakes in his work and recently it got so bad that I told him he would receive a low rating in his evaluation.
