Hello ZSers,
I have been shortlisted for AC role and my HR discussion is scheduled next week.
1. Need some insights on the maximum and minimum ctc (fixed and variable) that can be offered for 3 yoe (all relevant) . My current ctc is 7.2 (6.5 fixed) . Tech stack - Big data and AWS developer.
2. Is there any joining bonus. If yes , what should be the ask.
Any inputs will be very helpful for me to go with my expectations to the HR. Thanks!

I would definitely pursue a consultant role. Most senior analysts are usually a year or two out of undergrad. To make 90, you would probably need to be at consultant level
Thanks for the input. I have been in consulting for four years now, all public sector work so I'm definitely hoping that is considered! I am shooting for a lateral move and no pay reduction if at all possible. Wasn't sure if I would have to accept a downgrade in either in return for having a bigger name than North Highland on my resume. But of course, a pay increase would be great. Especially if I'm living in a pricey area like DC
Could get a 25-30% bump here @ senior consultant level
You know, I have not heard very much about guidehouse until recently, actually as a was doing some Accenture research and saw that the two did a partnership. I will look into your company more. Thank you!
Yes but what Location?
I'm referred for the DC position. I did indicate I'm willing to be considered for other locations as well.
Push for consultant not senior analyst. Senior analyst could be anywhere between 80-90k. Consultant you could be easily 110k
I already applied to the Federal Senior Analyst through my referral. Do you think in the interview process it will be possible to discuss my potential for a consultant role?
