I feel like there is a need for a role that organizes regular events in teams and between teams. Not a big offsite but just a remote happy hours. Social connection has greatly deteriorated since we moved remote and no one wants to take the initiative of organizing something. Some companies outsource it to new startups providing those services but it should be it’s own role. One person can significantly impact employee engagement and retention.

What is the best Change Management certification? I see Prosci everywhere but I recently learned about the one offered by Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP). I’m currently a Sr Program Manager within the Change Management arm of a small boutique firm looking to get certified in hopes of exiting into a better role/company.

I will have next week the second interview with an exec recruiter for a company for a Director level position reporting to the COO of the company.
