I gave my 3th virtual round final interview yesterday for EY FSO full stack senior consultant position. When can I expect response back from HR regarding the interview outcome, and what should be a good wait time to follow up with HR? If I receive an offer what TC I ask start with negotiation with HR?

Base pay $115-125k for NYC region for this experience
The HR at EY are slow. I kept following up with mine. As for salary, you shouldn’t go by what you make. I researched what the salary is for the region, position, considering the roles and responsibilities, and the hard work I am getting into. Based on that, I presented my salary range. Remember; what you are making now is probably lower to what you should be making at your current position.
I am in same practice. Wait to hear from the recruiter on initial numbers and post here. This will help us to provide more inputs.
Interviewing for a senior FSO consultant position as well out of a MCOL city in the south east. 4YOE In the industry. No idea what to ask for comp. 100k?
Thank you.
I would ask for a straight up 20% hike from your current paycheck. They would definitely do it. They will ask you for your expectation if you are getting a job offered. Usually you should turn around in less than a week. Are you coming to DET?
In 95% of cases you should hear back in any case based on previous fish posts. But don't worry, just follow up every week
