I got an offer for a job but their insurance plans are very expensive. What is the general consensus on the below? Is it that high? The premium is $40/month. I have a chronic condition and will hit my deductible and OOP max.

It's on the pricier side - worst case scenarios, assuming you stay in network looks like $6400+480 all in. Definitely contribute to an HSA

EPO only pays for in network anyway, so very risky as well

I was an acquaintance with this female for close to 4yrs, but had a crush on. We met in college, she moved to Europe after. We communicated sporadically but as we were starting to get close I finally decided to shot my shot. Got rejected. I took it as a boss and we decided to simply remain friends, infact I was planning to visit her but Covid messed up everything. I recently realized that she had block me from all her social media. Ladies trying to understand why she would do this?

I am an experienced software and data product developer/ manager, who took a break to try consulting. My industry is Health and Public sector. I am trying to get back to product, but, the public sector experience is not apple = apple match in the private PM world. For eg. No agile. Words of advise from people who have made a transition from public sector to private sector in the PM space? Are there any good product management certificate courses that are respected in the PM-ing world?
