Don’t worry. Expert processes have digital-based cases. Also; they are not the only part of the process. We focus much more on depth, breadth and situational experience of you expertise and if this is applicable to our studies so that you can add value and grow in our Firm. Good luck w the process!
As long as you are able to contextualise your experience to a business context and bring out the impact/value from your areas of expertise, you should be ok. Good luck!
Had the same experience with McK but be careful : if you are interviewing for an expert track then you will get cases related to your expertise. If you interview for digital in the generalist track I am afraid you will have to deal only with business type of cases. Good luck
What M1 said! Best of luck
McKinsey and their stupid business cases interviews thinking that will fit everyone. [smh]
I wouldn’t judge another Firm’s recruiting process outside-in…. it is quite a dynamic thing nowadays (at least at McKinsey) 🤣🕺
