Ideally IBM but just for money HTC. But be ready for bad wlb
Thanks for responding
Choose company not salary. Current situation is too volatile and joining IBM would be a better decision. But it’s your call because there is huge diff in salary. Good luck 👍
If you are at an early age and not married yet, you can opt for HTC global. IBM is a company to settle and since the ctc difference is much higher, you can opt for HTC global.
Considering the worst case scenario of wlb, you can switch again in a year and then you can negotiate a nice package with any firm you want to join.
If you are married then give priority to wlb and opt IBM. But try to negotiate with IBM to match your offer.

The company pays you most is best. If you don't like it after joining, you have the option to give interviews to other companies and move on.

Don't join IBM. They will not any raise. Moving from Accenture to IBM is like degradation
