I had a call with a team member for a position I'm in the interview process for (soon to have a call with the recruiter). The person seemed passive aggressive during the call and hung up on me before I was able to say thank you for his time or bye. I didn't have my interview yet but I was told that this call is known to the team and the recruiter. Does it seem like I bombed the interview before even having the interview since it didn't end on a good note?

Could be multiple things. Maybe they were just in a rush or had a long day. Keep prepping for the interview in case it goes well, but understand it could be a pass. No worries though, you'll be good anyway.

Thank you!

Did you call during market hours? Bad days lately…

Oh weird. Also- keep in mind OMT is not always great about communicating with FA’s. Could it be that OMT didn’t properly communicate expectations with FA and they felt blindsided? It wouldn’t surprise me.

You never know … you also don’t want to work for people who are rude. Know your worth.

They need me at my job, but I’m being way under paid. I’ve asked twice for a pay increase. (With a no a a response) I want to put in my two weeks notice to see if they would consider giving me a pay increase.. but I don’t have a back up plan right now to do so. Any suggestions. It hard for them to find employees and the turn over rate is to the rooftop! I would be hard to replace at a short notice now that they are hiring like four new physicians and providers

CFP study programs:

I'm a little confused on Danko - does he offer a self-study option for the coursework requirement? On his website it looks like each module has a 4-day virtual class which I wouldn't be able to attend due to working full time. Does this program also include self-study material, and the classes are just supplementary/optional? I was also looking at Dalton for self-study and Danko for test prep. Thoughts?
