I had an interview for an associate role JPMorgan Chase . I don't meet all the qualifications, but they are very interested in me regardless, hence getting an interview within 1 week of applying. I've heard from other people it's possible I could get hired as an analyst instead, then I'll have plenty of training and not need as much experience to start. I mentioned it to the recruiter, and she said thanks for bringing it up and that she'll talk with the team. Is that something JPMC does?

My queries are 1) my 1st exp original services letter is not found ( lost somewhere), have scanned copy , I have supporting doc like form no 16 , full and final settlement , salary slip
2) i don't have a relieving letter from one of the org as they only provided an exp letter, in the same company.
