In TCS, it is 5 days work from office. My current pay has 25 lpa fixed. Offer received - 33 lpa (approx) Please suggest whether to go ahead with the offer.

I received positive verbal feedback and the recruiter said she’ll get back to me with an offer after internal discussions.

Has been a month now and everytime I ring her up, she says she needs some more time to get internal alignment on my offer (2-4 weeks).
