I have +4 years in account management and my progress/growth is been slow for many different reasons (i.e. job hopping for more money, moving countries), and I think I don't want to be client facing anymore, at least not on the agency side since it's affecting me in a level I never experienced before with other jobs.
I'm struggling on where to translate my skillset and what can I do to drift away from the agency environment. Any advice?

So I was offered a role in Strategy Consulting in after 2 years in Risk Consulting however, after 2 years I’ve only worked on Internal audit engagements few ad hocs such as updating risk register and the delegation of authority matrix.

Just taking the opportunity to get current. Sober 3 years and 10 months. This past couple weeks have been stressful and my mind slipped into fantasizing about my drug of choice. Last week I flipped out at some of my wife's family. I did an amends and I think time will heal this one. It's all up to HP. Right so here’s a bit of a dilemma I work to a much higher standard at home and it’s this high standard that means I’m in line for a promotion. I’ve grown so much and I feel really strong in my role I’m also busier than ever. The problem is we’re going back into the office and I don’t want to go in if it’s just going to be senior management in asking me to get them lunches for client meetings or fetch a glass of water and cutlery for meeting rooms. Definitely not ready to go back to that….

Is 7 weeks too early to start thinking I may have made a huge mistake in switching to my current gig?
