Just signed the outside employment form in KPMG onboarding system. I actually wanted to start dabbling in creative writing as a potentially monetizable hobby, but I'm guessing this may pose issues.

Remember that you may get any number of fixed salary given that company is having project and client will pay for you at your experience level. Higher salary always comes with more uncertainty in terms of project allocation. Given that you are SD professional which is not a niche skill within SAP ecosystem rather it's core module. You should weigh pros and cons of higher salary.
