I have a 50% disability rating. I would get all my healthcare covered by VA right? And not just disability- related healthcare? What are some options to get my spouse and dependents healthcare too? I am trying to see if can avoid employee health plan altogether by using VA

Generally, dependents cannot receive healthcare coverage through the VA unless you are 100% disabled.

Friendly reminder folks- don’t work for Havas Health and You. They cut the freelancers hourly rates, again and made it so there’s no OT. The resource manager at HOV said if I couldn’t swing $80 an hour as an HCP copywriter, she’d have to find someone else. Good luck 👍🏻

Hi guys,

I need an advice/suggestion here. I got an offer from 2 different organisations and choose one among them (Role: Analyst) because of the culture and benefits. And the other offer has a good pay and good designation (Associate Consultant) rather than the one I choose. Now i feel very low due to this decision that I took. I feel like I have settled down for a lower package and a lower designation. Is there anything that I can do in the current organisation that I’ve joined at a week back

For those also going through this, any tips on how you manage yourself day to day? What self talk tends to help?

More importantly though, I'm looking for companies who pay relatively well (doesn't necessarily have to be market), are open to remote/hybrid work, aren't sweatshops. I'd settle for insurance work if theres good WLB & $$$ lol
