I have a case study for a IB interview for a wireless remote conditioning monitoring (RCM) systems company. I am asked to value the business using DCF, comparable quoted/comparable precedent transactions.

1)       Can anyone advise how I should approach the DCF?

2)       And calculating the WACC? 

They have provided Revenue, EBITDA, Opex numbers in the case but also provided a link to companies house which includes the BS in the FS but no cash flow. There is also no debt in the business.

Looking for a good personal finance or similar book to read. Any suggestions?

Any ideas for discouraging students from using Google translate, or like services? I tell students they need to rely on their brains, after all it is the original computer. Whenever I have to put slides together, I doubt myself a million times and it takes too long to make a single slide. I know I have Impostor Syndrome and depression, and the longer it takes to put a slide together, the harder it is to get it done. It’s like I have a phobia for doing the work, but it’s my job as a consultant 😔 I think I fear getting it wrong, but I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced this and how they have coped?
