If her work touches upon yours, in other words if her slipping up impacts you, then definitely give her some polite coaching. But if you're more or less an observer and it's not your place to give her feedback, I'd be careful about it. One way to approach it might be to have a conversation with her and let it drift into work topics and make some polite or gentle suggestions. But if it's not your place, giving her feedback might strain the friendship.
Just say, “Hey, girl, I’ve noticed something. I don’t want you to get into trouble with management, that’s why I’m bringing this up. Then let her know. I would appreciate having a friend like you.
Some people think they know what a true friend is. A true friend knows when to speak and when to be silent. If you feel your friend is about to lose her job over something she didn’t see coming and you saw it 20/20; you will feel regret that you sat there and watched it unfold.
If you're not her supervisor hold your tongue. Her behavior is being noticed.

You sound very judgmental. At least she asks questions to try to better understand. Some people are not as good at understanding things as others.
